3. Interested
bidders can inspect the items at the Embassy of Pakistan
premises before 10 December 2017 (advance appointment
required during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs)
and submit their quotations to the following address not
later than 11 December 2017 till 1200 hours.
Bid Terms and Conditions
a. The committee as formed for the auction / sale of the
above mentioned items shall open the bid / offer in
front of their representative on 11 December 2017 at
1500 hours.
b. The Committee shall forward all offers / bids to the
competent Authority for approval, who will have a final
say about the selection of successful bidder or
otherwise.
c. Upon approval by the competent the final selected
bidder shall be informed and he has to deposit the
amount within three days of intimation, after which the
equipment can be taken over on “as is, where is” basis.
d. The bid offer includes all taxes, government dues. |
