Processing
of DUP Clearance Application through Email |

|
For processing
of DUP clearances following documents are to be
submitted.
a)
DUP Clearance Affidavit (attested by the Embassy)
b)
Surrendered Card image (Cut in 2 pieces) or lost report
c) 10 US dollars Fee. Applicant will deposit the fee in
NADRA's online account through following details and
attach scanned image of slip.

Minor change in Name
Minor
change in Father Name
